Amos’s Story

Amos' parents died from HIV/AIDS, leaving him in the care of his grandfather. His grandfather was also vulnerable and unable to provide consistently for him. At times, Amos went without food and could not attend school, and he sometimes turned to the streets or neighbors simply to survive. After learning about his situation, Anikana Foundation stepped in to care for him and provide greater stability.
