Jordan Garcia

President & Founder

Jordan Garcia is the founder and president of Jordan River Charity, where he leads the organization's vision, partnerships, fundraising, field engagement, and long-term development. A faith-driven entrepreneur and business owner, Jordan also founded Jordan River Painting and brings an entrepreneurial approach to building sustainable systems around mission-driven work. He has personally traveled to Uganda to meet with Jordan River Charity's first field partner, review operations, spend time with the children, and begin establishing the accountability and reporting systems behind JRC's work. His leadership is centered on compassionate service, responsible stewardship, spiritual conviction, and building an organization worthy of the trust placed in it.

Sean Medrano

Vice President

Sean Medrano serves as Vice President of Jordan River Charity, supporting the organization's operations, partner coordination, organizational development, and execution as JRC continues to grow. An entrepreneur himself, Sean currently operates his own business while also working at the United Pentecostal Church International headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. His experience across business and ministry environments brings an operational and organizational perspective to JRC's leadership team. As Vice President, Sean helps strengthen the systems and relationships necessary to move the organization's mission from vision into sustainable action.

Jonathan Martinez

Treasurer & Director

Jonathan Martinez serves as Treasurer and a Director of Jordan River Charity, helping oversee financial stewardship, recordkeeping, reconciliation, and organizational accountability. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Ministry with an emphasis in Leadership from Christian Life College and is originally from Pasadena, California. Jonathan also works in a church-based childcare environment, giving him firsthand experience serving and caring for children within a ministry setting. His combination of leadership training, work with children, and financial oversight supports JRC's commitment to stewarding resources carefully and keeping the needs of children at the center of its work.

Kira Spacek

Secretary

Kira Spacek serves as Secretary of Jordan River Charity, supporting the organization's governance, official records, board documentation, and developing administrative systems. Originally from Lodi, California, Kira earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Ministry with an emphasis in Creative Media Production from Christian Life College, graduating with Highest Honors. Her background brings together ministry, communication, creativity, and organizational discipline. As JRC develops, her role helps preserve the institutional record and strengthen the governance foundation behind the mission.
