Isaac’s Story
Isaac left home because of severe conflict with his stepfather. As the firstborn child, he was deeply loved by his mother, which reportedly created jealousy and led to mistreatment by his stepfather. Isaac eventually ran away and began spending time on the streets, where he was at risk of being drawn into harmful peer influences. Wanting her son to remain in school, his mother asked Anikana Foundation for help. Isaac now stays with the Foundation during school holidays and attends school during the academic term.
