Ayebale

Ayebale is one of three children whose family was torn apart after their mother was diagnosed with HIV. Their father left the family, and their mother, with no stable employment, eventually turned to sex work to survive. The children were neglected and at times went to the streets in search of food. Their father later died, and their mother eventually left as well. The children suffered deeply from circumstances beyond their control, and Anikana Foundation brought them into its care.
